Responsibilities Employee Health Management: Conduct regular health check-ups and physical assessments for employees as per policy. Provide first aid and medical care for work-related injuries or accidents. Maintain confidential employee health records in compliance with medical regulations. Medical Consultation & Treatment: Offer medical consultations for employees with non-work-related conditions. Facilitate referrals to specialists or hospitals when needed. Health Monitoring & Reporting: Track employee sick leave, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up. Maintain detailed reports on employee health conditions and treatments. Analyze health trends in the workplace and recommend improvements. Emergency Response: Provide emergency medical care during working hours. Ensure the availability of first-aid kits and medical equipment in the workplace. Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records for all employees. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including OSHA standards. Wellness Programs: Promote wellness initiatives focusing on stress management, fitness, and mental health. Guide employees on lifestyle improvements to achieve better health outcomes. Medical Initiatives & Budget Management: Optimize the use of the medical budget, maximizing coverage of health services. Organize annual (AME) and pre-employment (PME) medical check-ups for employees. Oversee first aid box maintenance and contribute to the safety culture (BBS). Health & Hygiene Examinations: Conduct health and hygiene examinations for food handlers. Perform audiometry tests for employees in high-noise areas and pulmonary function tests (PFT) for employees in boiler areas. Employee and Family Health Services: Provide OPD and emergency services for employees and their families.
