About the Role:

hardcore, experienced Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily plant operations and ensure timely achievement of production targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to all statutory, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Oversee manpower planning, shift management, and shop-floor discipline.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules for all plant equipment.
• Drive productivity improvements, cost control, and process optimization.
• Coordinate with Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, and Management teams.
• Handle statutory audits, documentation, and inspections.
• Ensure zero accidents, zero non-compliance, and 100% adherence to SOPs.
• Manage RM/PM/FG inventory and ensure accurate documentation.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum

  10-15 years of experience

  in a chemical/pigments/paints manufacturing setup.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, ETP/STP operations, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to independently manage factory operations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Qualification:

  B.E./B.Tech (Chemical/Production/Mechanical)

  or relevant discipline.

• Languages Preferred:

  Hindi, English, Marathi.
