Factory Manager

Job Description

Manage and lead a team of production supervisors Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the factory is in compliance with all relevant regulations Work closely with other departments to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards Monitor production metrics and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and reduce waste Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve production processes and reduce costs Monitoring the factory operations Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are stored and handled properly Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that production meets customer demand Effective communication with all levels of employees, management, and other departments Preferred candidate profile BE Mechanical / Production / Automobile 15 to 18 years of experience in manufacturing Industry Note - Interested candidates can send profile to kalindi@swastik.com, please do not call or connect to any other mail id.
