Our Mumbai facility is a key part of our operations and we are seeking a dynamic leader to manage its day-to-day production and team efficiency. Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Factory/Production Manager to oversee operations at our Mumbai Retail laundry facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 30+ staff, ensuring high-quality service output, maintaining machinery, optimizing workflow, and ensuring timely delivery of processed laundry to our retail outlets. As the Laundry Manager, you will: Oversee end-to-end operations of our Mumbai plant Manage a team of 30+ skilled employees across various departments and Shifts Ensure quality control, workflow efficiency, and timely deliveries Drive operational excellence across premium B2C and institutional B2B clients Maintain and implement SOPs and hygiene standards Collaborate with support functions for continuous process improvement Key Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Laundry Manager or similar role of a factory process management Experience handling both retail (B2C) and institutional (B2B) laundry operations Strong team management, leadership, and training skills Familiarity with commercial laundry equipment and plant operations Experience in premium/luxury garment care is preferred
