Job Purpose

We are seeking a seasoned Factory Manager to lead our PEB manufacturing operations. You will oversee fabrication, assembly, and dispatch processes, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
• Optimize utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
• Ensure adherence to quality standards (IS codes, ASTM, AWS)
• Supervise inspection and testing of raw materials and finished goods
• Manage shop-floor staff and conduct training sessions
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain discipline
• Ensure preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment
• Monitor raw material consumption and stock levels
• Coordinate with purchase and stores for timely availability
• Control production costs and prepare MIS reports
• Liaise with design, QA/QC, and project teams
• Present factory performance updates during review meetings

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
• 8–15 years in steel fabrication/PEB industry, with 3–5 years in a managerial role
• Expertise in welding, fabrication, CNC machines, and beam welding lines
