Department: Operations/Production Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Factory Manager (Ingredients) to oversee production operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc. in Chemistry and relevant experience in the Aroma Chemicals or Ingredients industry. The Factory Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth factory operations, maintaining quality standards, optimizing production processes, and managing a team effectively. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met. Plan, coordinate, and supervise production schedules while optimizing resources and reducing waste. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet industry standards. Manage inventory levels of raw materials, ingredients, and finished goods. Supervise, train, and motivate the factory workforce to enhance productivity. Liaise with procurement, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure efficient operations. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime. Maintain factory records, reports, and documentation for audits and compliance. Key Requirements: Education: B.Sc. in Chemistry. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setup, preferably in Aroma Chemicals or Ingredients. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Knowledge of quality control and safety standards. Proficiency in production planning and inventory management. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
