As a Factory Manager in the home textile industry, your role involves overseeing all aspects of the production facility to ensure efficient and timely production of high-quality home textile products. You will be responsible for managing staff, implementing production plans, maintaining quality control, and optimizing processes to meet customer demands and company goals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all staff members within the production facility - Implement and oversee production plans to meet targets and deadlines - Maintain quality control standards throughout the production process - Optimize processes to improve efficiency and productivity - Ensure customer demands are met while aligning with company goals Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a similar role within the home textile industry - Strong leadership and management skills - Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards - Ability to optimize processes for improved efficiency - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Please note that this job is full-time and permanent, with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, with additional benefits such as performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The work location is in person.
