Factory Manager (Home Textile)

As a Factory Manager in the home textile industry, your role involves overseeing all aspects of the production facility to ensure efficient and timely production of high-quality home textile products. You will be responsible for managing staff, implementing production plans, maintaining quality control, and optimizing processes to meet customer demands and company goals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all staff members within the production facility - Implement and oversee production plans to meet targets and deadlines - Maintain quality control standards throughout the production process - Optimize processes to improve efficiency and productivity - Ensure customer demands are met while aligning with company goals Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a similar role within the home textile industry - Strong leadership and management skills - Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards - Ability to optimize processes for improved efficiency - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Please note that this job is full-time and permanent, with benefits including Provident Fund.
