Job Title: Factory Manager (Female) Industry: Manufacturing Location: Kasna Site-V, Greater Noida Experience Required: 6 to 10 years Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month Gender Preference: Female Age Requirement: 40+ years --- Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Factory Manager (Female) to oversee daily operations at our manufacturing unit located in Kasna Site-V, Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in managing factory manpower, supervising operations, and contributing to sales-related activities. --- Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day factory operations efficiently. Supervise and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow. Lead and handle a team of workers, ensuring productivity and discipline. Monitor production schedules, quality standards, and operational timelines. Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with factory regulations. Liaise with the sales team and support in achieving production targets aligned with sales goals. Ensure optimal use of resources, materials, and workforce. Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with procurement as needed. Prepare and present regular reports on production, manpower, and operational performance. --- Key Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in manpower handling and team leadership. Excellent factory supervision and time management abilities. Good knowledge of sales and ability to align production with market demands. Ability to troubleshoot and solve operational challenges proactively. --- Qualifications: Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in a factory management or supervisory role. Candidates aged 40 years and above will be preferred.
