Experience minimum 10years+ Qualification BE/ME Mechanical Should be from Plastics / Rubber (Die Molds) Working Experience Industry Age – Max upto 40-45years Work Location – Vasai, Factory (Western Railway Line) Apply if you are from Mumbai only. If ready to relocate then accommodation will not be paid or given Job Responsibilities:- Core Profile - Products Manufactured should be international standards based – ASTM/BIS & IS Dealing with international lab for testing of above products Inspection & testing of products as per international standards Testing made of equipment’s & handling of chemical labs Ability to implement new system in the factory Other Responsibilities – 1. Team Management – Handling Team of Managers, Engineers & workers, etc 2. Production Process & Operations:- Responsible for Overall cost & Profitability of Manufacturing Operations. Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques / measures and modifying the system to achieve a substantial reduction in departmental expenditures and work within the budget 3. Prepare Monthly Project Plan for special purpose machines Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule. Fix weekly targets, review weekly progress, do overall co-ordination to Achieve the Monthly Plan & Completion update the status of components co-ordinate the material dispatch to internal & external team 4. Achieve daily production targets in Quality Analyze rejection & rework report and submit corrective measures, general administration of factory. Maintain good industrial relations with workers committee and workmen training and development of team members including workmen & welder qualifications and training for up gradation and reviewing JD, KRA for team and performance monitoring. ISO 5. Operations Key result areas are Machinery Utilization, Manpower productivity, Operational efficiency in terms of lead-time of work orders. Process quality, Product quality, cost of quality, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Asset control, Manpower planning, training, Project planning, Cost of production Scheduling and Inventory control, and adherence to delivery schedules Establishes operations standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete and on-time delivery without compromising product quality. To oversee the operations of a manufacturing facility and develops strategies to increase production at minimal costs
