Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager located in Coimbatore. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including production planning and management, quality control, and ensuring efficient manufacturing processes. The role involves coordinating with different departments to meet production goals while maintaining high standards of product quality and employee safety. Duties include monitoring production schedules, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing process improvements for efficiency. QualificationsProduction Planning and Production Management skillsQuality Control and Operations Management experienceManufacturing Operations knowledgeStrong leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related fieldMinimum 7-10 years of work experience is requiredExperience in the paper-related industry, like paper mills, corrugated box industry, etc., is a plus
