Factory Manager

We are Hiring For factory Manager for a Automobile Industry Company (Regarding Cars)

Experience : 2-7yrs
Key Responsibilities:

Production & Operations:

• * Manage end-to-end production of leather and car seat upholstery.
• * Develop and monitor production plans, daily schedules, and workforce deployment.
• * Ensure adherence to specifications, stitching standards, and aesthetic detailing in upholstery.
• * Coordinate custom and OEM projects based on client requirements.

Team Leadership:

• * Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team including cutters, upholsterers, stitchers, polishers, and QC staff.
• * Promote a culture of accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• * Conduct staff training in safety, leather handling, and precision craftsmanship. Problem Solving & Process Improvement
• Identify bottlenecks in production and resolve operational inefficiencies swiftly.
• * Troubleshoot issues related to machine downtime, material mismatch, or quality rejections.
• * Implement lean manufacturing techniques and optimize material usage.
• * Maintain high standards of finish, fit, and durability.
• * Inspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with design and client expectations.
• * Reduce rework and ensure strict quality checks at each stage.

Inventory & Machinery Management

• * Monitor raw material levels: leather hides, foam, adhesives, PU, thread, and trims.
• * Oversee preventive maintenance of cutting tables, stitching units, embossing machines, and finishing tools. Health, Safety & Compliance:
• * Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and Tamil Nadu labor laws.
• * Maintain a clean, organized, and ergonomically sound factory environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Day shift
