1. Position Overview: Bell Cooling Towers is looking for a Factory Engineer to oversee operations at our FRP factory in Sonipat, North India. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in a production environment, with a strong focus on quality control, process monitoring, and production execution. This role requires someone who can work under pressure, manage factory workers effectively, and ensure that all quality control measures are met. The candidate should have a technical understanding of FRP manufacturing and be proactive in problem-solving and process improvement. 2. Skills and Qualifications: • Educational Background: Degree or diploma in Engineering (Chemical preferred but not mandatory). • Industry Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing or factory operations, preferably in FRP or related fields. • Technical Proficiency: Familiar with quality control measures, production planning, and execution. • Computer Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Docs, and basic production software. • Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi. • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to work with factory workers, supervisors, and senior management. • Problem-Solving Ability: Quick learner, proactive, and able to identify and resolve operational challenges. • Coordination & Reporting: Able to communicate effectively with the head office and provide regular updates on production and quality metrics. 3. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Production Oversight: Monitor the execution of the production plan to ensure efficiency and quality. • Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet product standards. • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in production processes and suggest improvements. • Workforce Management: Oversee and manage factory workers, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety regulations. • Technical Supervision: Ensure all technical aspects of FRP manufacturing are followed correctly. • Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with head office, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless production and dispatch. • Compliance & Reporting: Maintain records of production, quality checks, and process improvements, ensuring transparency and compliance.
