Facility/Utility Maintenance Engineer

• Plan, install, and maintain utility systems (HVAC, compressors, chillers, etc.)
• Oversee facility infrastructure setup and preventive maintenance
• Coordinate with vendors for utility installation & commissioning
• Ensure statutory compliance (MPCB, ISO, safety audits, etc.)
• Support energy efficiency initiatives and facility expansions
  

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 8–10 years of experience in utility & facility maintenance (preferably in the automotive/precision parts industry)
• Strong knowledge of utility systems, facility layout planning, and safety compliance
