Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM) Location : Hosur, Tamil Nadu Employment Type : Full-Time Benefit : Food + Accommodation. Your role in detail - Lead the daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring smooth functioning, compliance, and resident satisfaction. Manage and mentor a team of 4050 on-ground staff, providing regular feedback, training, and supervision. Act as the primary point of contact for the client (corporate partner), handling escalations and sharing timely updates. Maintain and optimize P&L performance for the assigned account track costs, identify savings, and improve profitability. Work cross-functionally with logistics, housekeeping, food, HR, and tech teams to deliver seamless operations. Analyze data reports to identify gaps, opportunities, and take proactive measures to improve service and efficiency. Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and contractual compliance across the account. What qualifications can enhance the chances of shortlisting? 6+ years of experience in hospitality, retail, facility management, or co-living operations, with strong leadership roles. Hands-on experience managing P&L, team performance, and service quality. Proven ability to lead large teams, solve problems quickly, and deliver high- impact results. Excellent communicator in English and Hindi (Tamil is a plus). Confident, proactive, and ownership-drivenyou act like a business owner, not just a manager. Willing to work flexible hours and travel across sites as needed. Bachelors degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related fields.
