Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including building maintenance, HVAC systems, chillers, UPS, DG sets, and property management. Oversee technical services such as BMS (Building Management System) to ensure smooth functioning of facilities. Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance activities to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the workplace. Develop strategies to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs. Desired Candidate Profile 7-12 years of experience in facility management or a related field. Strong knowledge of BMS (Building Management System), chiller operation, HVAC systems, UPS & DG sets. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with vendors and team members. Ability to analyze data to identify areas for improvement in energy consumption patterns.
