Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including housekeeping, security, electrical maintenance, plumbing, and people management. Ensure smooth functioning of all facility services such as STP systems, lifts/elevators, fire safety equipment, etc. Oversee maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure timely resolution of issues. Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance work. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels for consumable items.
