Job Description

We are hiring Facility Incharge in Adithya Institutions Requirements: 1) Oversee day-to-day operations of all facilities, ensuring the delivery of services according to established standards. 2) Monitor the performance of building systems ( Which Includes House Keeping, AC, Electrical, plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, making sure that all systems are in good working order. 3) Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure minimal disruption to building occupants. 4) Develop, implement, and optimize facilities management policies and procedures. 5) Handle repair and maintenance work, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical services, ensuring all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
