We are seeking a highly responsible and self-driven *Facility Management Executive* who will independently handle all facility-related operations for our premises. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of utilities, maintenance activities, housekeeping, security coordination, and overall building upkeep.
*1. Facility & Infrastructure Management*
* Oversee daily operations of the building facilities, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and functional.
* Manage water supply systems, including RO plant, storage tanks, motor operations, and ensure uninterrupted supply.
* Monitor and manage EB (Electricity Board) supply, meter readings, DG set (genset), UPS, and power distribution.
* Ensure efficient functioning and maintenance of all AC units centralised, floor AC, and split AC.
* Manage plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other general repair works by coordinating with vendors and technicians.
*2. Housekeeping & Security Management*
* Assign daily housekeeping tasks and supervise cleaning quality across the office and building.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping task schedules and ensure compliance.
* Coordinate with the security team and ensure round-the-clock security coverage.
* Assign duties to security personnel and monitor their performance and discipline.
*3. Maintenance & Preventive Checks*
* Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all facility-related equipment.
* Conduct regular inspections of the building, identify issues, and take corrective actions.
* Maintain AMC records and follow up with service providers for timely service.
*4. Vendor & Asset Management*
* Manage external vendors for housekeeping, AC servicing, electrical, plumbing, and other facility services.
* Maintain an updated *Asset Report* for the companys furniture, machinery, and equipment.
* Track movement/usage of assets and report discrepancies.
*5. Reporting & Documentation*
* Prepare *daily, weekly, and monthly reports* on facility activities and upkeep.
* Maintain expense records for facility, housekeeping, security, and repair work.
* Prepare and submit *monthly expense reports* with supporting documents.
* Maintain logs for water usage, power consumption, AC operations, and maintenance activities.
*6. Emergency Handling*
* Handle emergency situations related to power outages, water issues, AC breakdowns, etc.
* Coordinate with relevant authorities (EB, plumbers, electricians) for immediate resolution.
* Ensure that fire safety equipment is functional and audits are done as required.
