Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Helpdesk Operations

Receive, log, and track employee service requests (via email, ticketing system, hotline).
Categorize and prioritize tickets based on urgency and business impact.
Provide timely updates to employees on request status and resolution ETAs.

2. Coordination & Issue Resolution

Coordinate with facility teams (housekeeping, security, maintenance, IT, cafeteria) to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Escalate critical issues to the Facility Manager when required.
Follow up with vendors for repairs, maintenance, or service activities.

3. Workplace Management

Monitor cleanliness, housekeeping standards, pantry services, and meeting room readiness.
Assist with seating arrangements, employee moves (MAC Moves, Adds, Changes).
Ensure office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.) are stocked and distributed.

4. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain logs of all service requests, maintenance activities, and vendor performance.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on ticket resolution and facility performance metrics.
Update asset logs, keys management, and inventory records.

5. Compliance & Safety

Ensure facility operations comply with corporate policies and safety guidelines.
Assist during fire drills, emergency evacuations, and incident reporting.
Monitor visitor access, ID card issuance, and general security protocols.

6. Customer Service

Provide professional and friendly assistance to all employees.
Handle employee complaints with patience and ensure quick resolution.
Maintain a positive and service-oriented environment at the workplace.
