Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily operations of facilities, including soft services such as housekeeping, cafeteria management, and facility administration. Ensure efficient maintenance and upkeep of facilities to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Oversee facility operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all systems and equipment. Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance activities to minimize downtime. Develop and implement effective strategies for energy conservation and cost reduction. Desired Candidate Profile BHM (Hotel Management) degree or diploma preferred but not mandatory. 4-8 years' experience in facility management or related field (FMCG industry). Strong knowledge of facility administration, facility management, facility operations, housekeeping management, soft services.
