Roles and Responsibilities Manage facility operations, including soft services such as housekeeping, laundry, and linen supply. Oversee maintenance activities to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in facility management or related field. Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices. Excellent communication skills for effective vendor coordination. Ability to analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
