Job Description

Role & responsibilities Based RBI approval need to Identify the New suitable property and for Bank setup and matching with our banking standard terms and conditions as per banking policy. Preparation of Property proposal report after negotiation for approval, after approval need to collect land documents and check with legal team for processing of property agreement with Bank. Procurement of office stationery, Chairs, Furnitures, TV, Cash counting machine, safe lockers, Branding and all types of facilities will be provided to all branches. After Setup office we need arrange accommodation as Staff Stay for employees who working in branches with all facilities. Applying for BSNL connection for new offices. Co-ordinating while shifting of office from one location to another and arranging of transportation facility with closing of agreements SD settlements, Agreement renewals etc Preparing layouts and following up with vendors for BOQ. Maintain all monthly tracker & share the MIS reports to management. Co-ordinating with legal team for agreement process. Minimum Qualification: Graduation (Any) Experience: 2 years of experience in Admin Infra (Preferred)
