Your Impact

We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Food and Beverage Executive to join our team at MAIA Estates’ marketing office – Pelican Gardens. This role combines high-touch guest service with operational responsibility, ensuring all food and beverage offerings are delivered to the highest standards - comparable to a 5-star hotel - aligned with the luxury experience MAIA Estates is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to customers and internal staff in accordance with MAIA’s premium hospitality standards.

• Create intuitive service delivery experiences for the clients and internal customers

• Customize and personalize service delivery to exceed guest expectations

• Ensure the F&B inventory is consistently updated; proactively maintained and obtain procurement lists to prevent shortages or delays.

• Maintain a courteous, polished and professional demeanour with a consistently positive and service-oriented attitude.

• Training of staff on aspects of luxury hospitality

• Be available in other spaces as per company requirement

• Confidently manage bar service during sales events, client gatherings and other special occasions.

• Support the Facility Manager with general facility management tasks, as needed.

• Coordinate office requirements such as stationery, logistics and guest preparations to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Assist the Facility Manager in overseeing and monitoring the daily activities of housekeeping and gardening staff to ensure the upkeep and presentation of the office and landscape areas.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant with hands-on experience in guest-facing service and bar operations.

• Graduate degree or Diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management (or a related hospitality qualification from a reputed institute).

• Demonstrates a strong ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a refined and polished presence, with potential for career growth.

• Flexible, highly service-oriented and adaptable to the fast-paced and dynamic requirements of a luxury sales environment.
