About the Company Hanu Reddy Raghava Farms is a unique hospitality destination developed by Hanu Reddy Realty, set amidst lush mango orchards. Our venue blends rustic charm with modern facilities and hosts a range of events, including weddings, private celebrations, retreats, and farm experiences. About the Role We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Facilities Manager to handle the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and readiness of the farm property. The role involves both planning and on-ground execution and is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting. Responsibilities Maintain all physical infrastructure including event venues, restrooms, staff quarters, and pathways Supervise and coordinate a team of maintenance, housekeeping, and landscaping staff Manage vendor relationships for services like electrical, plumbing, and waste management Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of common areas and guest spaces Ensure all facilities are event-ready and support logistics for setup/breakdown Monitor and manage utilities (power, water, lighting, etc.) Develop and follow preventive maintenance schedules Implement safety, emergency, and fire-preparedness protocols Handle minor repair works and coordinate timely resolution of issues Maintain inventory of tools, consumables, and maintenance supplies Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities, hospitality, or estate management Required Skills Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of on-ground responsibilities Must reside in or around Othivakkam / Guduvanchery (Non-negotiable) Comfortable working outdoors and during events, including weekends when required Show more Show less
