Role & responsibilities Manage daily facility operations to ensure a safe and efficient office environment. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services for office infrastructure. Monitor office supplies, equipment, and amenities (HVAC, lighting, utilities). Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and event coordination. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Develop and manage facilities-related budgets, tracking expenses. Generate reports on facility performance, issues, and maintenance. Coordinate emergency preparedness and safety drills. Maintain vendor relationships and oversee contract negotiations. Support HR with office protocol, employee onboarding, and communication. Competencies: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills to interact with vendors and staff. Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations. High attention to detail in managing facilities and administrative duties. Proactive and adaptable with the ability to prioritize competing tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management tools. Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and building codes. Ability to manage budgets and track expenses efficiently. Collaborative team player with a customer-focused approach.
