As a QA Engineer at De Nada Tecnologia, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications through manual and automated testing. With a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Dev Test Engineering, you will collaborate closely with developers and product teams to identify defects, enhance testing processes, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality software products. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining scalable backend systems using Python, integrating clean UI/UX with frontend developers, optimizing applications for performance and security, and managing structured and unstructured databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and Firebase. In addition, you will be responsible for implementing authentication, authorization, and data privacy best practices. In terms of testing, you will perform API and UI testing manually, design and execute real-world use cases and service-level test scenarios, create automated test pipelines within CI/CD environments using tools like GitHub Actions and Jenkins, and manage the bug lifecycle using JIRA. You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining test documentation including test plans, cases, and reports. As part of the DevOps aspect of the role, you will work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP for deployment, scaling, and monitoring. You will handle infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes, monitor production environments, and ensure system observability through logs, metrics, and alerts. Collaboration is key at De Nada Tecnologia, and you will be expected to participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups, collaborating closely with Product, Dev, and Design teams. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in full-stack development and QA testing, hands-on experience with Python, strong REST API testing and test automation skills, familiarity with frontend testing tools like Jest and Mocha, and knowledge of CI/CD, version control, and container tools.
