Job Description

As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing product features and ensuring they align with business goals. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and support business operations. - Implementing and managing Azure cloud solutions to enhance scalability and efficiency. - Developing and maintaining data integration processes using Microsoft SSIS for seamless data flow. - Providing technical support and troubleshooting to promptly resolve system issues. - Conducting regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Participating in the design and development of new product features to improve user experience. - Monitoring and reporting on product performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement. - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements for new projects. - Ensuring all product documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams. - Facilitating training sessions to educate team members on new product features and updates. - Contributing to the continuous improvement of product development processes. Qualifications: - Strong technical skills in Facets-Technical Azure and Microsoft SSIS. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Proficiency in data integration and cloud computing technologies. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
