Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Designer and Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and estimating aluminium doors and windows, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics. This role involves working closely with clients, architects, and our internal team to deliver custom solutions that exceed expectations. *Key Responsibilities:* - *Design and Estimation:* - Create detailed and accurate designs for aluminium doors and windows based on client requirements and project specifications. - Develop precise cost estimates, considering material costs, labor, and other project-related expenses. - *Client Interaction:* - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on design options and materials. - Present design proposals and cost estimates to clients, addressing any questions or concerns. - *Project Management:* - Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. - Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as needed to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. - *Quality Assurance:* - Ensure that all designs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Conduct site visits to verify measurements and assess installation conditions. - *Documentation:* - Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design drawings, estimates, contracts, and correspondence. - Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress and financials. *Qualifications:* - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in designing and estimating aluminium doors and windows. - Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools. - Strong understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and installation techniques for aluminium doors and windows. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. *Preferred Skills:* - Experience in working with an international aluminium system is MUST - Experience working in the luxury home improvement or construction industry. - Knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in aluminium door and window design. - Familiarity with relevant building codes and standards. *What We Offer:* - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team. - Career growth and development opportunities. - A supportive and collaborative work environment.
