The ideal candidate will have experience in D2C, e-commerce, and B2B operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows to support business growth.Key Responsibilities1. Order Fulfillment & Logistics Management Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate shipments. Coordinate with logistics partners, couriers, and warehouses for smooth operations. Implement quality control measures to ensure flawless order execution.2. Inventory & Supply Chain Management Maintain accurate inventory tracking across all sales channels (website, marketplaces, B2B). Develop inventory planning strategies to minimize stock-outs and overstocking. Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and stock management.3. E-Commerce & Marketplace Operations Manage product listings, pricing updates, and stock synchronization across platforms. Ensure smooth integration between website, marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), and backend systems. Optimize order processing workflows to reduce delays and errors.4. Customer Support & Experience Oversee customer service processes, ensuring quick response times and high satisfaction. Handle escalations and implement solutions to improve customer experience. Analyze customer feedback and suggest operational improvements.5. Process Optimization & SOP Development Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all operational activities. Implement automation and efficiency improvements to reduce manual effort. Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and finance teams for seamless cross-functional execution.Requirements1. Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.2. 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, fulfillment, or supply chain management.3. Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and order processing.4. Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).5. Ability to lead a team, optimize workflows, and drive operational efficiency.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP tools, and supply chain management software.7.
