Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fabricator/ welder, located in Thane. The Fabricator will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, cutting, shaping, assembling, welding, and finishing metal structures and components for projects. Daily tasks include operating tools and equipment safely, ensuring the quality of the finished product, conducting routine maintenance on machinery, and collaborating with the team to meet project deadlines. The role may require troubleshooting issues and adhering to safety regulations during all operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Fabrication, Welding, and Metalworking
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Experience with operating machinery and welding tools
• Knowledge of carpentry and painting techniques, including surface preparations
• Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
• Relevant certification or vocational training in fabrication or related fields preferred
• Prior experience in industrial or construction settings is advantageous
