FAAS-R2R - Managed Services

As a Senior/Assistant Manager in the EY-Assurance Team, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end Record to Report services in collaboration with FAAS managers and Senior Managers across Americas and EMEIA. Your role will involve ensuring the timeliness and quality of work according to project requirements, with a focus on accounting knowledge under IFRS/US GAAP and expertise in Treasury processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books - Support the development of tools and methodologies for project delivery - Participate in meetings and interviews with client treasury personnel - Develop practical solutions to assist clients in achieving their treasury and business objectives - Ensure adherence to KPIs and SLA - Receive direction from the Manager and Senior Manager - Maintain effective coordination with multiple stakeholders - Prepare Variance Reporting & Analytical Review - Build necessary documents like SOPs and end user training materials - Provide technical support using USGAAP/IFRS guidelines - Manage client requests promptly and manage expectations regarding deliverables - Support relationship development with external and internal clients - Participate in proposal development for prospective treasury engagements - Assist in the development of new service offerings and go-to-market strategies - Demonstrate understanding of accounting concepts and apply knowledge to client situations **Skills and Attributes:** - Strong understanding of IFRS/US GAAP, UK GAAP - Experience in services such as business unit/entity level reporting, record to report, technical accounting advisory, etc. - Knowledge of Lease accounting - Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues - Familiarity with ERP packages like SAP - Certification such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is a plus - Experience in treasury areas like financial risk management, cash flow forecasting, etc. **Qualifications:** - B.com, CA (Inter), CWA (Inter), ACCA (UK), DIP (IFR), or Regular/Part-time MBA from a reputed institute - 3-6 years relevant experience in Entity/BU reporting, Financial statement close process support, and MIS reporting **Additional Details about EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Assurance:** EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Assurance practice supports global EY client-serving teams in various industry sectors.
