Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, and Power Apps . Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend effective solutions. Develop and configure RPA bots, scripts, and workflows to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements, design automation workflows, and ensure successful implementation. Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance. Ensure RPA solutions comply with security, scalability, and compliance standards. Provide training and support to end-users for deployed automation solutions. Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA and low-code automation tools to enhance automation capabilities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, and Power Apps . Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, process automation, and bot development . Proficiency in scripting and development languages such as Python, JavaScript, VBScript, or .NET (preferred). Experience in integrating RPA with enterprise applications, databases, and APIs . Familiarity with AI/ML-based automation, OCR technologies, and document processing tools . Good understanding of SQL, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot automation issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
