Please see the following position summary: Client: Renowned Manufacturing Company Position: Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - MIS Analysis & Management Location: Vadodara Reporting: CEO / Promoter Job Profile: To provide MIS reports to the management along with data analysis & explanation. Timely submission of various analyses such as Budget, Costing, Project analysis, etc. To perform project analysis on various parameters such as ROI, Payback period, etc. & give insights to the management. To help the other functions in preparation of Annual Budget based on the current economic trends & past data of the company. To prepare the monthly review budget by extracting data from Tally & ERP. Analysing data collected and recording results through MIS on daily, monthly, quarterly, & annually basis. Checking of new reports developed by the IT team (from accounting and MIS angle). To perform cost analysis of actual production data to understand the Raw Material usage efficiency, Machine efficiency, Labour efficiency etc. Prepare Monthly MIS & present to the Management. Desired Profile: CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) / CFA with 5 to 10 years of experience in Management Accounting / Financial Analyst with any manufacturing companies. Expertise in Analysis such as Project Analysis, Budget Analysis, Cost Analysis etc. Proven track record in developing and implementing MIS solutions. Work very closely with multiple stakeholders in a matrix reporting structure. A person who has cleared CA Intermediate exam can also be considered if found suitable. Experience in manufacturing company & proficiency in Tally and MS Office. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse complex problems & develop effective solutions. Excellent verbal & written communication skills for effectives collaboration and report writing. Excellent problem-solving and management skills.
