Job Overview:
We’re looking for an Export Sales Manager who can develop international business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for global trade, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple markets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard potential international and domestic clients.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close profitable deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client communication, sales activities, and agreements.
• Travel nationally and internationally for client meetings, exhibitions, and trade events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and export regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Graduate must).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales (Import–Export preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of global markets and export documentation.
• Willingness to travel when required.
