Job Description

Job Summary: We seek a proactive Export Sales Manager for our Kolkata office to drive sales of castings & agricultural machinery components to European OEMs & Agricultural machines . The role involves end-to-end export sales from lead generation to shipment coordination with a strong focus on client relationship building and independent documentation handling . Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-End Export Sales Management Prospect European OEMs via LinkedIn, trade portals (Europages, IndustryStock), and inbound inquiries. Manage full sales cycle : RFQ analysis, pricing, negotiation, PO confirmation. Achieve monthly/quarterly export sales targets (Europe-focused). 2. SAP-Assisted Order Processing Create and track orders in SAP (sales orders, shipping schedules). Coordinate with production teams for timely fulfillment. 3. Export Documentation Experience in preparing export documentation Ensure compliance with EU regulations and correct Incoterms (FOB, CIF). 4. Client Relationship & Market Intelligence Build long-term relationships with European procurement managers . Monitor competitor pricing (EU market) and provide feedback. Good-to-Have: Knowledge of casting processes/agri-machinery parts . Basic German/French/Spanish (for client calls). What We Offer: Competitive salary + export incentive structure .
