An Export Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and facilitating international sales operations. Their responsibilities typically include: - Order Coordination: Managing export sales orders and ensuring timely deliveries. - Documentation: Preparing and maintaining export-related documents such as invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations. - Compliance: Ensuring adherence to international trade laws and export regulations. - Customer Communication: Liaising with international clients, addressing queries, and providing excellent customer service. - Logistics Management: Coordinating with freight forwarders and shipping agents to streamline export procedures. - Market Analysis: Identifying potential export opportunities and analyzing market trends. - Sales Support: Assisting the sales team in developing and implementing export strategies.
