Job description: We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Export Marketing Manager to lead and manage international marketing and export operations in the automotive sector mainly. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing export strategies, identifying new international markets, building strong relationships with overseas distributors and clients, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Role & responsibilities Market Analysis and Development 1. Research and identify potential export markets based on market trends and competitor analysis. 2. Develop sales strategies and marketing plans tailored to specific international markets. 3. Establish and maintain relationships with overseas distributors and customers. Sales and Order Management 1. Generate sales leads and negotiate export contracts with international clients. 2. Manage the order fulfillment process from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate shipment. 3. Work with production planning to ensure timely production schedules for export orders. 4. Monitor sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement. Export Documentation and Compliance: 1. Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation including invoices, packing slips, shipping documents, and customs declarations and coordination with shipping department. 2. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and export licensing requirements. 3. Stay updated on changes in export regulations and procedures. Logistics Coordination: 1. Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping companies to arrange international shipments. 2. Manage inventory levels and ensure timely product availability for export orders. 3. Monitor shipment progress and address any logistics issues that may arise. Pricing and Cost Management: 1. Calculate export pricing considering factors like production costs, freight charges, customs duties, and exchange rates. 2. Develop strategies to optimize export costs and maximize profit margins. Customer Service and Relationship Management: 1 Customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns related to export orders. 2. Build strong relationships with international clients through regular communication and proactive support. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 4-5 years experience in OEM's export sales and marketing.
