Marketing and Business development for the assigned product Category in Export Market 2. Will Study and Develop strategies and implement effective plan of action to increase the sales and revenue of given unit/profit center 3. Will identify the potential Buyers via various Channels in Global market for tie-ups to increase the business 4. Make reports, data, and Business plans and discuss it with management 5. Will Make Travel Plans to analyze upcoming market trend, analysis of data to mitigate any potential risk 6. Coordinate with various departments: Production, Operations and other related departments for smooth flow of business 7. Make effective roadmaps for international fairs for company participations 8. Liaison with govt. and related departments for the smooth functioning of business operations Education & qualification: 1. 2 to 15yrs of experience as a Export Marketing profile 2. Experience in PPE/Garments and Leather product category will be an added advantage 3. MBA in Sales & Marketing or related degree from a reputed institution 4. Excellent communication and convincing personality
