Marketing & Sales Executive (Export Business)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
• Generate and manage leads through online platforms, B2B portals (IndiaMART, Alibaba, TradeIndia, etc.), and digital marketing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and agents.
• Negotiate and finalize export contracts and pricing.
• Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts team for order execution.
• Prepare and maintain export documentation (Invoice, LC, Bill of Lading, etc.).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new regions and trends.
• Promote company products through email marketing, social media, and online campaigns.
• Prepare regular sales reports and achieve assigned monthly/quarterly targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

• MBA / Graduate in Marketing, International Business, or related field.
• Minimum 13 years of experience in

  export ales & marketing

  (Food / Fragrance / FMCG industry preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of international trade procedures and export documentation.
• Must be proficient in

  MS Office, CRM tools, and online B2B platforms.

Work Setup & Requirements:

• Work From Home (Remote)

  must have a laptop, stable internet connection, and ability to work independently.
• Flexible working hours to coordinate with international clients (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia).

Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 per month(depending on experience & performance)

• Attractive incentives on achieving export targets.
