Role & responsibilities Overall production coordination for Exports Dispatch and backend support Coordination with Marketing & Production department for export dispatch. Container planning for dispatch. Troubleshooting and query with marketing people. Making export commercial invoice in Oracle system. Find out difficulties in Oracle while filing report and getting it rectified in coordination with IT team. Coordination with dispatch department & excise department for finalization of shipment, i.e. shipment out from factory on time as well as sea/air shipment. Maintain all dispatch & production details and maintain MIS of the same. Preferred candidate profile Knowledge of ERP is must. Strong knowledge of MS Office, including word, excel, power point and outlook. Good Analytical & logical skills. Good understanding of the product & industry. Good time management. Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is extremely crucial for this role. Costing & technical analysis of sales order pre & post production. Good Communication & Interpersonal skills. Attention to detail.
