Urgently looking for EXPORT Documentation Specialist JR Officer / Officer / Senior Officer / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager . Role & responsibilities - JR Officer / Officer Responsible for handling the export shipment documentation (Pre/Post) like Invoice, Packing list, COO, COA, Insurance and OBL To collect the CRO release order and arrange logistics for Container Pick up and deliver to factory for stuffing To handle the pre-documentation activities of BL Instruction from Customs and Pricing confirmation, Advance License selection and forward the information for invoicing To maintain the Self-Sealing inventory in factory and indent of seals from seal vendor. Perform all LC documentation for export shipments. Submission of LC documents for authorized approvals and forward to bank for final submission Attending the case discrepancies on LC with bank Responsible for courier the shipment documents to Customers for POD clearance To maintain and update the records of Shipment information (ETD and ETA) Regular communication and co-ordination with customers & factory for getting documents approvals and confirmations Responsible for EDPMS Closure with banking portal & manual submission. Collection of FIRC Certificate from bank. Regular field visits wherever required /other duties to be performed. Role & responsibilities - Senior Officer / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager Business Development Need Communicate with overseas agents for pricing /quotation, shipment pickup, ETA and ETD. Coordinating with external parties, if required, for the same. Should follow-up with clients for new enquiry and quotation finalization. Should Interacting with shipping lines for cargo delivery status. Responsible for handling Imports/ exports/ shipping Operations. Liaise with External Parties and Coordinate Shipments with Preparation of Export Documents of Lc Documentation for Export. Responsible for Account Payables and Receivables, GST filings & Accounting in TALLY Software. Document submission for eBRC, bill of entry, MEIS & DBK schemes. Checking and updating EGM status online. Preparing documentation for timely closure of all licenses or scheme related to import/export benefits. Verify bills from various service providers to ensure that the rates and terms applied are as per quotation/agreements with them. Check proper documents and shipments and order to be placed for vehicle placement to respective vendors. Checking photos of the loaded shipment in the vehicle and if any problem needs to give instruction for lashing, choking etc. Coordination with Customers for E-waybill. Verifying the bills of the vendors (Checking billed rate/POD/receipted charges/detention charges and processing same for accounting within timeline). If any vehicle detention at loading or unloading point need to take approval from customer for billing. Preparation of DSR and send to respective customer or internal team on daily basis. Maintaining export documents files. Arranging documents from Exporter. Preparing checklist. Filing shipping bill. Arranging Air Waybill or Bill of lading. Arranging transportation for shipment. Coordinate with marketing and sourcing department to establish an efficient export classification and prepare tariff schedule. Provide an efficient interface with freight forwarders and administer all freight logistics and provide optimal level of customer services and resolve all shipment issues. Perform all record keeping processes and maintain records of all entry. Evaluate all items for import and ensure accuracy in all values and collaborate with customer brokers to provide clearance of all imports and maintain required documents. Perform audit on export files on regular basis. Collaborate with various departments and obtain all certification documents and ensure compliance to all import and export policies and perform regular audits on all broker activities.
