Job Title: Export Documentation Executive

Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Export Documentation Executive to manage pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation, coordination with agencies, logistics handling, and export compliance.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in DGFT, customs clearance, export incentives, and coordination with shippers, forwarders, and banks.

Key Responsibilities: Manage pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation for export orders.

Ensure accurate preparation of export documents such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, checklists, BL/HBL/MBL, etc.

Handle freight forwarding activities and coordinate with relevant agencies. Liaise with shippers, forwarders, transporters, suppliers, and shipping agents for seamless execution of shipments.

Maintain daily reports on shipments, delivery schedules, and export status. Assist with DGFT-related processes, customs clearance, and exchange control compliance.

Monitor logistics activities and support the Project Management Team with vehicle arrangements.

Stay updated on export schemes, export incentives, and regulatory changes. Ensure timely communication and follow-up with all stakeholders involved in the export process.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in export documentation and logistics management.

Strong knowledge of DGFT, customs procedures, export incentives, and exchange control.

Good understanding of freight forwarding, shipping processes, and documentation standards.

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

Proficiency in computer applications, MS Office, and documentation tools.

Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.

Ability to work with multiple agencies and maintain professional relationships.
