Job Description

Role & responsibilities Preparing and review commercial invoices ,packing lists ,certificates of origin,bills of lading and other necessary export documents. Ensure all documents is accurate ,complete,and compliant with relevant regulations. Stay up-to-date on export laws ,regulations and trade agreements. Ensure all export shipments comply with applicable regulations. Coordinate with various departments ,including sales ,logistics and customs ,to ensure smooth export operations. Communicate effectively with customers,suppliers and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of exports shipments and related documentation. Ensure compliance -related documents and KYC documents are maintained in an organized and centralized manner. Handle L/C Documents. Prepare B/L drafts. Prepare insurance certificates. File rebate claims. Send scan copies of documents to customers. Inform customers of tracking numbers. Track consignments of their destination Responsible for post-shipment documentation,including preparing export invoices and packing lists under letters of credit. Track shipments and coordinating with overseas offices. Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
