Location: Ahmedabad Job-Overview The Sr. Manager is a key position who will be responsible for driving business growth, setting strategic direction, and ensuring operational excellence. This position involves identifying market opportunities, optimizing resources, fostering innovation, and achieving business objectives in alignment with the organization’s vision and mission for International Market. 1. Leadership o Lead the overseas business of the company with a focus on expanding operations and market presence across Asian, European, North & South America markets. o Develop and execute strategies to establish the company as a leading player in the overseas market for company’s products. 2. Global Market Expansion & business development o Identifying new markets: Researching and analyzing markets to find growth opportunities, and identifying new business opportunities. o Developing Marketing Plans: Creating and implementing strategic plans to enter new markets and expand market presence. 3. Customer Relationships o Developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders o Frequent & regular customer visits. 4. Sales Enablement and Market Support o Support sales activities by providing technical expertise, market insights, and customer-oriented solutions. o Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and customer acquisition in international markets. customer acquisition in international markets. 5.
