Job Description

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduates or undergraduates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an International BPO.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply!
  • Experienced candidates may be eligible for a salary increase of up to 30%, based on market standards and skill set.

Key Responsibilities

:
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound communications across various platforms.
  • Maintain a friendly and positive attitude in every customer interaction, ensuring a delightful experience.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, delivering solutions that lead to high satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction targets.

Shifts & Work Schedule:

  • Rotational shifts (flexibility required).
  • Rotational weekly offs (5 working days, 2 days off).
