Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in laptops and desktops Perform part replacements including screen, motherboard, RAM, SSD, hinges, touchpad, and keyboard Provide on-site support to clients as needed Maintain service logs and update repair records Ensure timely resolution of technical issues OS Installations (Windows/Linex/CentOS/Ubuntu. Requirements: Proven experience in laptop/desktop repair and support Strong knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and hardware components Ability to replace critical parts with precision Must own a two-wheeler (bike) for commuting to client locations Good communication and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or certification in computer hardware or IT support Prior experience in field support or service engineering
