Job Summary: We are seeking an exceptional Expert RFID Engineer with a strong problem-solving background to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative RFID solutions to complex business problems. This is a senior-level role that requires expert-level knowledge of RFID technology, systems integration, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. RFID Solution Design: Design and develop innovative RFID solutions that address complex business problems, including system architecture, hardware and software selection, and integration with existing systems. 2. Problem Solving: Analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions using RFID technology. 3. System Integration: Integrate RFID systems with other technologies, such as ERP, CRM, and supply chain management systems. 4. RFID System Testing and Troubleshooting: Test and troubleshoot RFID systems to ensure they meet client requirements and perform optimally. 5. Client Support: Provide technical support and training to clients on RFID system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. 6. RFID Technology Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest RFID technologies, trends, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve RFID solution design and implementation. 7. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to identify new business opportunities and improve RFID solution offerings. Requirements: 1. Education: Diploma or ITI Certification. 2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in RFID engineering, system integration, and problem-solving. 3. Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of RFID technologies, including RFID readers, antennas, tags, and software. Experience with RFID system design, development, and implementation. Strong understanding of networking protocols and devices. 4. Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions using RFID technology. 5. Preferred Certifications: Certified RFID Professional (CRP) or equivalent certification. 6. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
