Job Description

Role & responsibilities Role Overview We are hiring an Expert Bidder who can manage our presence on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating our agency profiles, uploading our portfolio, consistently bidding on relevant projects, and acting as the first point of contact with potential clients until a meeting is booked. Key Responsibilities Profile Creation & Management : Create and optimize agency profiles on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and other platforms. Maintain and update portfolios, service listings, and profile descriptions regularly. Bidding & Lead Generation : Daily bidding on relevant jobs and projects aligned with our services. Craft compelling, customized proposals that align with client needs. Track and manage all bids in a structured way. Client Communication & Coordination : Initiate conversations with clients, understand their requirements, and pitch our services. Maintain communication until a discovery call/meeting is booked. Coordinate meeting times and prepare briefs for the internal team. Portfolio Uploading : Upload case studies, samples, proposals, and client success stories to boost credibility. Performance Tracking : Report weekly on the number of bids placed, responses received, and meetings scheduled. Analyze which types of bids are converting and adjust strategies accordingly. Ideal Candidate Proven experience with Upwork, Freelancer.com, Fiverr, or similar platforms. Excellent written English and communication skills. Knowledge of marketing, content creation, SEO, SaaS, or creative services is a plus. Strong understanding of how to position agency services to appeal to international clients. Ability to take ownership and meet daily bidding targets without supervision. Detail-oriented and organized. Comfortable working independently in a remote setting. Compensation Structure Fixed Monthly Payment Based on experience and availability (Part-Time or Full-Time).
