Experiential Designer - UI/UX

Role Overview: As a Junior Experience Designer at PivotRoots, you will be an integral part of the experience design team with 1+ years of experience. Your role involves participating in user research activities such as interviews and contextual inquiries, documenting user stories, flows, journeys, and sitemaps, creating low and high-fidelity wireframes, conducting rapid tests on solutions, and supporting the senior experience design leads. You will contribute to existing design systems to develop responsive interfaces and components, ensuring that designs are well-documented before hand-off to the development team. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the UX/UI Lead and senior designer throughout the entire UX process - Develop low and high-fidelity wireframes, site maps, user flows, scenarios, prototypes, and branding guidelines - Provide regular progress reports for ongoing web/interactive design projects - Possess an understanding of the user experience process and ideally have knowledge of working under an Agile flow - Demonstrate proficiency in wireframing and ideally have experience with some wireframing programs Qualifications Required: - 1+ years of experience in experience design - Eagerness to learn and contribute to assigned clients and teams - Understanding of user research methodologies - Proficiency in creating wireframes and prototypes - Knowledge of design systems and responsive interfaces - Familiarity with Agile methodologies would be a plus Please note that this is a permanent position at PivotRoots.,
