Experienced Zoho Books Executive

An experienced Zoho Books executive is an accounting professional responsible for the full lifecycle of financial transactions within the Zoho Books platform. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles combined with advanced operational expertise in the software

Role

• Invoice creation: Generate and issue sales invoices, credit notes, and debit notes through Zoho Books.
• Payment collection: Track accounts receivable, and record incoming receipts.
• Customer management: Create and manage customer profiles, including payment terms and credit limits.
• Purchase orders (POs): Create and send purchase orders to vendors, ensuring they are linked to the correct expenses.
• Bill processing: Accurately process and record vendor bills and manage accounts payable to ensure timely payments.
• Vendor management: Maintain vendor records and reconcile vendor statement
• Tax compliance: Assist with Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and other statutory compliance and filing, potentially working with external auditor

Technical and software skills

• Zoho Books expertise: Proven, hands-on experience with Zoho Books and its modules, including invoicing, bills, purchase orders, banking, and reporting.
• Accounting principles: A strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, practices, and financial regulations.
• Spreadsheet proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Tax knowledge: Familiarity with relevant tax laws and compliance requirements, such as GST and TDS in the Indian context.
• Typing Speed. Good typing speed and good at multitasking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,091.11 - ₹15,000.00 per month
